Russia:

Regulation (EU) 833/2014of the council of 31 july 2014, concerning restrictive measures motivated by russian actions that destabilize the situation in Ukraine.

Iran:

Regulation (EU) 267/2012of the council of 23 march 2012, concerning restrictive measures against iran and repealing Regulation (EU) 961/2010.

Libya:

Regulation (EU) 2016/44of the council of 18 january 2016, concerning restrictive measures in the light of the situation in libya and repealing Regulation (EU) 204/2011.

Ukrainian areas not controlled by the government:

Regulation (EU) 2022/263concerning restrictive measures in response to the recognition, occupation or the illegal annexation by the russian federation from certain areas of ukraine does not controlled by the government.

Please note that as a precursor to the request for export administrative authorization must request registration as an exporter/importer. It must send aemailrequesting the high as an exporter/importer. For this operation must be provided the following information:

• Name or business name of the company
• TIN
• Postal address (including zip code, population and country)
• Email address
• Contact telephone

Once to be communicated to it that has been discharged, may submit the application of administrative authorization of export/import.

Shall be enforced enclosed with the application documents of the following types:

1. Invoice.
2. Statement of Final Destination. The format of this statement must be consistent with that of the staff to complete (ODT format):
