The Headquarters allows the verification of the authenticity and integrity of the documents generated by the Ministry, as well as the obtaining of electronic copies of them in their original format. To do this, for each electronic document, an additional version of it called “printable version” is also generated and stored. This version contains a unique query and verification code (CCV), which makes it possible to verify whether it corresponds to an original electronic document stored in the Ministry’s electronic document repository.
In the right margin of each printable version, in addition to the information of the signatories, is where the CCV is located with which you can check the integrity and authenticity of your printable version, making use of the [authenticity and integrity checking service through CCV]. With this service, once you have accessed, select the “Electronic document” button to download the original document and have an authentic copy and, in case you want to view the document in PDF format, press the “Printable version” button.
