Description

The Ministry of Industry and Tourism has published the Royal Decree regulating the direct granting of aid to promote a shock plan for the renovation of equipment in the hospitality sector, which will be financed with the General Budgets of the State and whose objective responds to the need to renew the equipment of the hospitality sector in order to reduce energy costs in the current geopolitical context. 
The aid regulated in this royal decree will have the purpose of replacing domestic appliances or industrial hotel machinery with another of lower energy consumption in tourist accommodation and catering establishments, as well as the renovation of air conditioning terminals, awnings and umbrellas by more efficient ones.

Goal of treatment

Data collection at the national level on inspections, maintenance, breakdowns and accidents of elevators, considering the provisions of the Royal Decree 355/2024, of 2 april, which approves the Supplementary Technical Instruction ITC AEM 1 "Lifts ’. This law regulates the commissioning, modification, maintenance and inspection of the lifts, as well as promoting the safety of existing elevator park. Such data will serve to assess the effectiveness of security measures implemented and to identify areas for improvement in the legislation, as well as in the management and operation of the lifts in the entire national territory.
