The remedy available to replenishment is the instrument under which citizens (legal and natural persons) can challenge decisions of the ministry of industry and tourism, allowing for review of the act or resolution by the same administrative body that issued, always to put an end to the administrative procedure. This remedy is available to be disregarded because of receipt and go directly to the jurisdiction contencioso-administrativa.

This law regulates the commissioning, modification, maintenance and inspection of the lifts, as well as promoting the safety of existing elevator park. Such data will serve to assess the effectiveness of security measures implemented and to identify areas for improvement in the legislation, as well as in the management and operation of the lifts in the entire national territory.
