Description

The extraordinary remedy of revision is the instrument under which citizens (legal and natural persons) can challenge decisions of the ministry of industry and tourism to be firm in administrative procedure. It can only be made based on any of the causes taxed stated in article 125 of law 39/2015, of 1 october, of Common Administrative Procedure of the public authorities.
